"There is nothing more spiritually powerful that you can do to improve a difficult relationship with someone than to be non-judgmental and fully present with him or her, right in the moment."   John Kuypers

Every troubled marriage, rebellious teen, broken friendship - every unhappiness in your life is caused by people judging people.  In turn, all judgments are caused by disapproving of what's happening in the present moment compared to past or future expectations.

2.  John Kuypers interviewed on The Root Cause
     of Marriage Breakdown (3:20)

Jesus said, "Do not judge or you will be judged.  For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you."  To judge is to disapprove.  Judgments feel hurtful to others, and they in turn want to hurt you back.  Non-judgment does NOT mean condoning or agreeing.  It means influencing with love, not condemnation.  It is a spiritual path to wisdom, deep faith and clear life purpose.

We offer non-judgmental tools that help you learn to change how you respond to hurtful triggers in your daily life, right in the present moment. Our methods are based on teachings and books written by Present Living & Learning founder John Kuypers, whose work is anchored in Jesus' teachings on how to be wise, loving and non-judgmental in daily life.
