The Foundation for Being Present is "The
Three Nothings"
Nothing to prove:
You are willing to do what's right for you, without self-doubt or trying
to impress someone.
Nothing to hide:
You are willing to reveal your real thoughts and
feelings.
Nothing to lose:
You are committed to being true to what's important for you, even at the
risk of personal loss.
Being present
is a paradox.
When you have nothing to hide, prove or lose, your racing, pre-occupied mind will stop because you
know you will do what's right for you, especially under pressure.
When you stop thinking and get emotionally centered, you lose your
self-consciousness. Now your unconscious mind opens up to new
possibilities. By NOT trying, you get better results.
That's the paradox. You've experienced
being present many times before. When you wake up in the morning,
suddenly the answer to your troubles pops into your head. A new
possibility that feels right. When it feels right, you're ready to act
on it. This time, you're learning how to
do this intentionally and at will. The W.I.N. Method of Present
Living teaches you how to get break the cycle of replaying past mistakes and
hurts, role-playing future scenarios in a futile bid to analyze your way to
the "right" answer, and fantasizing "if only" things were different.
You learn to trust your "Inner knowing"
This is your own inner wisdom that emerges spiritually as you live more fully in
the present. The result is wisdom, clarity and peace at a deep, spiritual level.
You are ready to do
what's important now.
